Shahzeb Iqbal

As the founder and partner of Visawise Consultant, Mr. Shahzeb Iqbal has immense experience in the field of Immigration law being a regulated Immigration Consultant at the Office of Immigration Services Commission in the United Kingdom. Mr. Iqbal is a registered/enrolled High Court Lawyer at Punjab Bar Council since November 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Iqbal was enrolled as a Lawyer for lower courts since April 2006.

Mr. Iqbal has wealth of legal experience by working with world recognised law firms in his career starting with Research Society of International Law in year 2006. Mr. Iqbal also completed his Master of Law (LLM) in International Corporate Law from Kings College London. Mr. Iqbal has worked with esteemed lawyers and Barristers throughout his career and won hundreds of appeals and human rights applications both at the Home Office and Immigration Tribunals in UK.

Mr. Iqbal has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Mr. Iqbal has extensive experience in drafting successful appeals and Judicial Review applications in UK concerning British and European Immigration and Nationality Matters. He is a determined and diligent person who is capable of working on own initiative and within a team. Mr. Iqbal is well aware of the legal professional environment, which along with his interpersonal skills makes it easier for his clients to understand the important issues involving their case.

In addition to the above, Mr. Iqbal has also contested in London Borough Council Elections in 2010 as a counsellor from Forest Gate region in East London. Mr. Iqbal was also elected as a Chairman of Butterfield Housing Association in year 2016 in order to represent local residents of estate against unlawful and unreasonable eviction from their properties resulting in a success which was also published at different news channels and newspapers.
